One job we worked on needed to have a hole cut into the ceiling during the design phase, so I could determine what size an existing beam was in place. He took so much care to protect the home from the drywall dust. As we finished, he put in a pre-made access cover, not just leaving an open hole until construction began. That action told me a lot about his work ethic.

"Huge well done to Grizzard Home Builders on the phenomenal job they did on our recent kitchen renovation! Initial contact on Feb 4, came on Feb 7 to look at the project, delivered a detailed estimate on Feb 13, started the project on March 14, completed May 19 $ 7,000 under estimate! Asked for $0 up front, billed for labor and materials half way thru the project, and then again on completion. I changed things along the way and added more in and they accommodated every request. I just can’t say enough about how awesome they were! Same crew thru the whole project and they came almost every weekday. Happily redid anything I wasn’t 100% satisfied with, and even did work for us that wasn’t part of the original estimate. This company is amazing! highly recommended!"
