Our drafting team can provide you with a full set of buildable plans for both permitting and construction, whether it would be for a new build or an addition. A small sample of the standard details our plans include:
 

• Total square footage of living and unheated spaces

• Detailed framing floor plan including any sized structural beams/headers required

• Foundation plan depicting the choice of slab, crawlspace, or basement

• Roof layout to be built up with rafters, or so a truss manufacturer can quote out a set of trusses

• Full side view elevations of each angle of the building

We can start from scratch fully custom, or we can start from one of our modest spec designs and edit it to fit your needs.

We also offer premium options, such as 3D renders, estimated material takeoffs, and more as add-ons to our base plans for the customer that would like the extra step up in planning out their construction project.
