As the project moves into the final stages, your selections team will help you get the finishing touches into your home. Grizzard Homes and Buildings has developed several home plans that are designed to meet your new home needs through a streamlined construction project. We offer many of these homes pre-built and into which you could immediately move. Alternatively, we will build one of these pre-designed homes on your land allowing you the option to select finishing touches such as siding, floor color, cabinet color, hardware and fixtures, and paint color while operating within a smaller budget than fully custom construction.
